Think the idea is really cool, but the plugin does not show up on my wordpress 2.2 plugin page after uploading.
So can’t activate it to try it. the directory buy_me_a_beer_131 is chmod to 744. Is that correct? should I make any other changes?
I see you’re in mybloglog.

Rene - Did you unzip the plugin zip file properly before uploading?
Because the folder name after unzipping should be “buy-me-beer” and not “buy_me_a_beer_131″

Hi I love the idea of this . I have gotten installed properly I think. But I noticed that it adds an unwanted shipping cost to the “donation” is this a flaw I can fix? So a three dollar donation shows up as $5.95 and even im buying a beer at that cost.

Mrsofty: I went to your website and didn’t find any blog over there. Didn’t find the plugin. So couldn’t check out the error for myself. The plugin does not add any shipping cost on its own - so the error on your blog has to be for some other reason. But I can’t be sure what is causing it without seeing it.

i think the plugin has issues with IE. if you check out my site (www.whatmattersinlife.com) in firefox or safari 3, it looks perfect. However, in IE (and safari 2), the image of the coffee mug in the sidebar widget overlaps the text that is supposed to be under it. also the “buy me e beer” text at the bottom of the post starts to the right of the table i have at the bottom of the post instead of starting under it.
