		<description>This is how it should be. no follow seems just giving in to the spammers. if you want to fight the spam then there should some other way without hurting the real reader or hurting the readers and people who read the posts and give there feedback.

		<description>this is always a good idea, plus, with Akismet I only get a few spams few per week, and those are held for moderation, so it's never an issue.  Akismet has stopped 32,000+ spams on my site.</description>
