Ankesh – that is a nice tip.
Although I would caution people to not abuse it. It isn’t good to send that email to the same place too much, otherwise you’ll potentially ruin a good source of traffic.
A second note of caution is to make sure you are providing something that truly would be relevant to their readership. The more connected your content is to their readers the more your chances increase to making their ‘link love’ posts.
